When do the cookies ship ** VERY IMPORTANT**?
Our cookies ship every Wednesday & Thursday. Orders placed after 9am on Wednesday will ship the following week. Please please please keep this in mind before ordering!
What service do you use to ship your cookies? **IMPORTANT**
We ship NATION WIDE via USPS Postal Service. Orders take around 2-4 business days to arrive once shipped. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, so please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our facility so please be on the lookout!
What if I enter the wrong shipping / billing address? ***VERY IMPORTANT***
You must EMAIL cookiesforthesoul26@gmail.com immediately with your order number and any corrections that need to be made! DM's will be disregarded. Corrections must be made before the Wednesday ship date. If you receive an email that your label has been printed, you must pay for another label. Please make sure you include your APARTMENT NUMBER- Your order will not arrive if your apartment number isn't included.
Can I choose my flavors?
Yes! You can pick whatever flavors you like!
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. There is a minimum order of 5 cookies to checkout.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront.
Do you offer pickups?
At the moment we do not.
Do you deliver?
At the moment we do not.
Do you do custom sets?
For the sake of getting our cookies out without any mistake and in a timely manner, we do not do custom sets. No exceptions :(
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
Are your cookies Kosher?
We use Kosher ingredients, but do not bake out of a kosher facility or have a kosher certification.
Are you a nut free establishment?
Our cookies are made in a facility that contains nuts. We do our best to prevent cross- contamination, however we are not an allergy free establishment.
